Grant County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — In the early hours of Monday, April 14, 2025, a 2025 Volvo semi-truck traveling eastbound on Interstate 94 near mile marker 75 in Pelican Lake Township veered into the median. The driver, 23-year-old Komalpreet Singh of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, was uninjured. His passenger, 30-year-old Sandeep Singh, also from Calgary, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Lake Region Healthcare in Fergus Falls for treatment. Both individuals were wearing seat belts at the time of the incident, and alcohol was not a factor in the crash. The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident.
