Grand Forks (trfnews.i234.me)— New shocking details have emerged regarding a Thursday crash on the 1100 block of Fifth Avenue North in Grand Forks.
Initially, Michaela Baker was arrested on DUI charges, but now, authorities have upgraded her charges to include:
- Felony reckless endangerment with extreme indifference
- Misdemeanor DUI
- Animal abuse
- Criminal mischief—willful damage (reckless or intentional)
Authorities have yet to release the full criminal complaint, but more details are expected Monday. The felony reckless endangerment charge indicates that Baker’s alleged actions posed a severe risk to public safety.
This case is still developing, and further legal action may be pending.
