The male victim reported that Rintala slammed into the back of his van, ripped open the door, and started screaming at him to get out. She then grabbed his baseball cap, leading to a struggle that left the cap torn.
The situation escalated when Rintala grabbed the victim and fell during the struggle. When officers arrived, she resisted arrest and fought with police.
