grand forks has a new eatery famous dave’s opened at three o’clock on this monday afternoon at 1970 south columbia road today is a big day full of excitement we’ve been waiting for this day for a long time and it’s finally here it’s our grand opening so we open at three o’clock today and we’re open till nine and as of right now we’re opening monday through saturday from 3 p.m to 9 p.m okay and what does quick queue mean and how does that differ from a normal famous dave’s restaurant like fargo which uh recently closed all right so a quick queue it’s a different type of service most famous staves are full-service restaurants uh they’re starting to steer away from that to the quick q model which is a counter service model so what that looks like is the guest is gonna come in they’re gonna go up to the counter they’re gonna place their order um our cashiers are going to give them their cups for this help service beverage station or for their beer and then we have expos that’ll run the food out too long and we have people that are attending to the poor to make sure everything’s good famous dave’s quick queue now open for business at 1970 south columbia road in grand forks i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
