we’ve had a major drug trafficking bust in grand forks this pair 45 year old clarissa bellgaard of fargo and 38 year old gilbert miller jr of rochester minnesota are facing felony charges according to court documents it happened friday when a confidential informant for the grand forks narcotics task force purchased a quarter pound of meth from clarissa bell guard then grand forks police pulled over uh bell guard in her vehicle her front seat passenger was miller then police allegedly found 101 grams of meth 66 fentanyl-laced pills a digital scale paraphernalia and one thousand four hundred ninety dollars in cash bell garden miller have each been charged with felonies of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me

The fact that people in desperatation to stay up and keep 2 jobs are using Meth and these poor people are selling meth just speaks to the sense of desperation people have.
