Grand Forks (trfnews.i234.me) — A Grand Forks man is facing a felony charge after a fight at a homeless shelter, police say.
Felony charge filed
Dennis Roger Garceau Jr., 50, was charged with aggravated assault.
The incident happened Sunday night at The Link in Grand Forks.
The shelter is located at 300 Cherry Street.

The victim walked up and leaned toward the dog.
