it was a terrifying home invasion here in the 700 block of South 25th Street in Grand Forks early this morning the woman was home alone when the suspect broke through a window on the second floor up there and got in an unlocked patio door and walked into her bedroom the woman victim says her husband was at work and she and her two kids just started screaming when the suspect entered their bedroom know he was working here yeah he was at work and he just came and he call the police did this guy grab your kids by the neck – yeah and I said like go away go on I did like this and I sawed and my kid is not crying and he just he just grabbed my kids neck and me too and and after that my husband he came and his family came to the Polish yeah and then I said your family’s outside can you just go go away and he just came outside and and he opened this door the door like okay did you know this guy yeah oh you knew what was so yeah you could tell police in there right yeah and here is be honest – he lives right around here yeah he lives right right bad building okay kind of a scary deal yeah oh my god that was scary and I I thought I was I really kill and I just want to save my kids and if I die that doesn’t matter but I want to save my kids and he just you just grab it there Nick and I just tried to save my kids Sanchez Yakka was arrested a short time after the incident he’s now facing three felony charges two aggravated assault charges and one criminal trespass in Grand Forks I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
