Grand Forks Resident Faces Charges for Peculiar Theft

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Grand Forks man is facing an unusual theft charge. Manny Clifford was allegedly trying to steal a $270,000 boom lift.
30 year old manny clifford of grant forex is facing an unusual theft charge according to court documents an officer responded to a report of suspicious activity just before midnight on saturday on the 600 block of first avenue north in grand forks a boom lift construction vehicle was driving without its lights on the officer activated his lights but the vehicle continued for a short time until the driver now identified as clifford stopped and took off running the officer caught up to him and clifford was arrested his breathalyzer test was .201 two and a half times the legal limit the boom lift was valued at 270 000 and clifford was also allegedly in possession of drugs he’s been charged with felony theft of property and misdemeanors of possession of amphetamine and driving under suspension i’m Neil Berg reporting for eye news dot tv

  1. …..AND driving under suspension LOL!!!! I don't think any judge and/or jury will be able to keep a straight face hearing THIS case! They'll still be laughing when they send him to prison for a LONG time. Dumb crimes, stupid criminals.
