49 year old jonathan hornbaker of grand forks has been charged with felonies of robbery and domestic violence along with a misdemeanor charge of theft of property according to court documents on august 2nd at 10 51 pm grand forks police were dispatched to a report of an aggravated assault and robbery hornbaker allegedly attacked a known female victim who reported he punched her repeatedly in the head choked her and stole a laptop and two cell phones court documents indicate a female was with hornbaker during the alleged attack but as of this saturday she has not been charged i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv
