Grand Forks, North Dakota – Grand Forks Police Department responded to a series of incidents across the city between February 14 and February 21, 2025, addressing crimes such as theft, hit-and-run accidents, and welfare checks.
Notable Incidents:
- Theft in Progress – Reported at 7:35 AM on February 14 in the 1200 Block of N 43rd St
- Hit-and-Run Accident – Reported at 8:25 AM on February 14 near N 25th St and 6th Ave N
- Criminal Mischief – Incident involving a vehicle occurred at 10:28 AM on February 14 in the 600 Block of N 43rd St
- Unwanted Subject – Police responded to a report at 9:37 AM in the 100 Block of Cherry St
- Fire and Downed Electrical Line – Emergency responders were called at 9:30 AM in the 0 Block of N 4th St
- Multiple Welfare Checks – Officers conducted several welfare checks across the city, including at 4300 Block of Gateway Dr, 700 Block of 4th Ave S, and 1700 Block of N Washington St
Additionally, officers engaged in community policing, offender verification, and responded to various traffic stops throughout the week.
