A six-hour standoff in Grand Forks on Monday, involving local police and FBI agents, culminated in the arrest of 32-year-old Collin Posey, a fugitive with multiple warrants. The incident began around 4:30 PM and concluded at 11:30 PM.

- 4:34 PM: Grand Forks Police and FBI agents were searching for Posey in the area of 1923 12th Avenue North. Posey, wanted on two federal and five county warrants, was spotted and fled into a nearby apartment.

- 6:47 PM: SWAT breached the apartment’s front door after Posey continued to refuse to exit.

Resolution
