a little breaking news out of grand forks on this wednesday afternoon about 3 15 police got a report that a suspicious woman may have been flashing the kids in the alley by phoenix school just south of downtown off 4th avenue south however it uh sounds like police know who they’re looking for i’m not sure if there’s any mental issues or what’s going on here but nobody injured anything like that we’ll have an update if the person is picked up and charged with anything i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
