grand forks police are searching for a suspect in a robbery and stabbing Tuesday night police say at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday they were dispatched to the 800 block of North 51st Street for a report of a robbery in progress initial investigation revealed the victim a 29 year old male from Grand Forks had been stabbed several times in the thigh the victim was walking to his parents home when the altercation occurred the suspect fled the area the only description is tall medium build male wearing dark clothing the injured male was transported to the hospital with an apparent wounds that appeared to be non-life threatening no further injuries were reported the Grand Forks Police Department was assisted by members of the Grand Forks Sheriff’s Department und police and Altru paramedics the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Grand Forks Police Department I’m Neil Berg reporting for I knew was dot TV
