breaking news out of Grand Forks on this Tuesday evening Grand Forks officers just had to dispose of a dog covered with the white sheet here this is on the 28 1600 block of 28th Avenue South uh the initial call was for a report of a dog that attacked a person there were lots of police out in the yard here between apartment buildings and the dog was disposed of and now being taken away uh we did see one adult being going into an ambulance with their hands wrapped no further details at this time but again the report of a dog attacking a person here on the 1600 block of 28th Avenue South uh check back later for more details I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

It's a shame anyone was attacked but thankfully it wasn't a kid. The title might be a lot different if it had been.
Im gonna guess that 80% of dog owners do not care for their dogs properly. Not enough walking. Not enough training. And this is what we get. Not the dog's fault…should have "disposed of" the owner.
