Raymond L. Peltier, of Grand Forks, is charged with felony terrorizing.

A juvenile male told officers he was looking for his sister.
The teen said he ran into Peltier during that search.
The teen said Peltier tried to punch him two times.
The teen also said Peltier threatened him with a knife.

The teen said another man stepped in during the incident.
The teen said that the man held Peltier back for a moment.
The teen said he then fled on a bicycle.
The teen reported the alleged threat to the police soon after.
Arrest And Charge
Peltier was later arrested, according to the case filing.
He is now charged with felony terrorizing in Grand Forks.
