Grand Forks, ND (trfnews.i234.me)—Dennis Reiter and Krystal Fashingbauer are now facing serious drug trafficking charges after authorities seized fentanyl, methamphetamine, and other controlled substances from their Grand Forks apartment.
According to court documents, on January 25, 2025, the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force assisted North Dakota Parole and Probation in searching their residence at 11:15 Campbell Drive, Apartment 112.
Seized Evidence
- 3.3 grams of a white powdery substance containing fentanyl
- 1.2 grams of methamphetamine
- Various types of pills
- Plastic baggies and a digital scale, commonly used for drug trafficking
Charges and Legal Proceedings
Both Reiter and Fashingbauer have been charged with:
- Felony possession with intent to deliver fentanyl
- Felony possession of methamphetamine
- Four misdemeanor charges related to possession of other controlled substances and drug paraphernalia
Authorities continue to investigate whether additional individuals may be involved in the distribution operation.
