  1. A large population of Somalian refugee's have immigrated to Bismarck, Fargo and Grand Forks, North Dakota in recent years. Most are peaceful, law abiding citizens. That said, they are almost all Muslims from one of the most violent, lawless countries in the world.

Drugs are the number one problem in these ND communities, adding an ethnic mix will only make problems worse as statistics show blacks are more prone to violence. The predominately white Christian community needs to be aware of the issues, as do the city fathers and law enforcement. That said, America was founded by immigrants. Let us not forget 350 years of slavery on the north American continent, nor be ignorant of current issues affecting our community. Peaceful and safe are the words to strive toward for all of us, by working together toward a common goal of civility.
