GRAND FORKS NIGHTMARE: Intoxicated Driver Flees With Woman Clinging to Car in Wild Incident

Grand Forks, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – Jason Lee Sam Jr. of Grand Forks is facing a series of serious criminal charges following a dangerous and chaotic incident in the city.

According to court documents, on March 14th at approximately 11:25 p.m., Sam was allegedly intoxicated and behind the wheel on the 1600 block of 8th Avenue North. Family members were reportedly trying to intervene and remove him from the vehicle due to his condition. In a shocking escalation, Sam allegedly drove down the street with a woman clinging to the outside of the vehicle’s door.

Authorities later charged Sam with two felony counts, including reckless endangerment and preventing arrest. He also faces misdemeanor charges for driving under suspension and driving under the influence. This alarming case has sparked concerns in Grand Forks about impaired driving and public safety.
