a breaking news out of Grand Forks at 2 34 p.m on this Monday afternoon we’ve had a shelter in place on North 39th Street uh what you see here on the map Shakespeare Road will take you down to the ground here that’s where police were staging tactical units on scene they’re apparently trying to serve an arrest warrant on North 39th which is about a block from here uh to the toward the interstate to the left of your screen now as we told you earlier there was an arrest warrant issued for Omar Martinez in the shooting and said yes yesterday we cannot confirm yet whether that’s who they’re looking for but lots of police sheriff’s department and tactical members on scene apparently trying to serve a warrant or camera person has a relative who lives here on Shakespeare Road and the police were asking if they had seen anybody so I don’t know if they’re still looking for them or if they know the suspect isn’t an apartment building on the corner of uh North 39th Street we’ll keep you updated I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
