GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The victim of a shooting at a downtown Grand Forks bar on July 4th has been identified at James E. Jorgenson. The suspect in this case, Nicholas Narveson has been charged with Murder, Terroring, Reckless Endangerment and Criminal Mischief.
