Grand Forks (trfnews.i234.me) — A disturbing series of events late on April 1st has led to Roger Delgado Jr. being hit with four felony charges and a misdemeanor DUI.
According to police reports, Delgado allegedly tried to run over three people on 43rd Street, forcing them to dive behind a tree for protection. But the incident didn’t end there — he then reportedly drove to Casper’s Bar on 42nd Street, where he threatened to kill everyone inside.
Officers quickly located and pulled Delgado over without incident. He now faces:
-
Three counts of felony reckless endangerment
