and a suspected drug dealer arrested in Grand Forks 38-year-old Amy Jo Koss of Grand Forks has been charged with felonies of possession with intent to deliver meth and possession of drug paraphernalia according to court documents in January 20th at 10 51 PM she was pulled over on South 17th Street for a traffic violation it led to information from the Grand Forks narcotic task force that she may be involved with drugs it all led to a search and seizure of 3.1 grams of meth and 7 345 dollars in cash and two cell phones
