Grand Forks Man Receives Six-Month Jail Sentence for Indecent Exposure Incidents

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Grand Forks man was sentenced to 180 days in jail in connection to a string of indecent exposure cases in that city.
a 30-year-old Brady rarrick of Grand Forks has been sentenced to half a year in jail and 5 years probation after pleading guilty in December to felony indecent exposure by a school and three misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure for background on all this here’s our report after the incidents began last May a Grand Forks man now arrested in charge in connection to four indecent exposure incidents in grandforks and one in East grandforks that began last May 30-year-old Brady Christian RAR of Grand Forks has been charged with felony indecent exposure for allegedly exposing himself to two girls near Holy Family School in gr Forks on May 10th he’s also facing another misdemeanor incent exposure charge for a similar incident on May 27th other possible another possible charge is pending on the Minnesota side of the river in East Grand Forks according to court document uh detectives from grandforks and East grandforks interviewed Ric on June 27th in the criminal complaint quote they took a statement from Brady Ric at the East Grand Forks Police Department in regards to the East Grand Forks incident Ric explained that he was possibly changing clothes in his father’s white pickup and could have exposed himself to the female children who were playing near the residents residents apologized by writing a letter to the victims uh I uh the detective explained to rck that there had recently been four incidents of indecent exposure reported in grandforks Ric stated he did not recall any of these incidents the detective asked Ric if he would remember if he’d expose himself to little girls he stated quote sure yeah I would certainly think so the detective asked Ric if this is uh if this could have possibly happened four other times and he stated I certainly wouldn’t uh think for uh the detective asked Ric how how many would you think Ric stated that he didn’t know and he didn’t make it a habit to change in his vehicle the detective stated but this has happened before Ric replied by stating that it certainly had happened before uh when the detective asked Ric if all of the juvenile female victims were lying about what they observed and reported Ric stated quote I don’t think they are lying I don’t know them unquote vot I’m Neil Berg reporting for in.tv
