GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Blayne Saiger, a 38-year-old man from Grand Forks, has pleaded not guilty to a Class A felony charge for allegedly delivering at least 50 grams of methamphetamine. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
Saiger reportedly sold approximately 88.4 grams of the illicit substance to a confidential informant, according to a declaration of probable cause filed in the case. His preliminary hearing was waived on Monday, September 30th, and he is now awaiting his final dispositional conference scheduled for December 26 at 1:30 p.m.
In addition to this case, Saiger faces five more drug charges in a separate matter, to which he has also pleaded not guilty.
