GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – 48-year-old David W. Schiebe of Grand Forks faces a string of criminal charges after being stopped for riding his bicycle the wrong way on Chestnut Street. According to the criminal complaint, Schiebe nearly caused a collision and then fled on foot. He was quickly arrested and admitted to using meth and fentanyl before the incident. Schiebe is now charged with felony preventing arrest and misdemeanors of reckless endangerment, ingesting a controlled substance, and refusing to halt.
