GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – 45-year-old Nathan D. Snyder of Grand Forks has been charged with felony terrorizing following an incident on the night of June 29th. According to court documents, the events unfolded just after 10 p.m. when a man walking his dogs past a Grand Forks apartment heard a couple arguing. The female was reportedly telling Snyder to get away, and the witness observed Snyder throwing objects at her.

Concerned for the woman’s safety, the witness approached the window and told Snyder to leave her alone. At that point, Snyder allegedly pulled out a shotgun and approached the window, threatening the witness with words to the effect of “come any closer, and I will shoot.” Fearing for his safety, the witness backed away and reported the incident to the police.
