GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A 38-year-old man from Grand Forks, Ryan L. Delorme, has been charged with felony theft of property. According to court documents, on June 2nd, Grand Forks police received a report that an electric shopping scooter, valued at $2500, had been stolen from Walmart and abandoned a few blocks away. An investigation, including surveillance video, led the police to Delorme, who subsequently admitted to taking the scooter.
