an arrest warrant has now been issued for 39 year old santa to mang of grand forks in connection with the may 5th incident he’s been charged with four felonies of felonious restraint aggravated domestic violence preventing arrest and contact by bodily fluids according to court documents on may 5th police were dispatched to a grand forks residence for a report of a disturbance or fight the dispatcher heard a female saying let go of me upon arrival officer observed a witness striking santa to mang and shouting you don’t hit women the female victim was locked in her apartment by her boyfriend to mang preventing her from leaving the victim tried to leave multiple times only to have tamang push the door closed and lock the door another witness pushed open the door for the female victim to escape only for tamang to allegedly chase her down pick up a cigarette butt receptacle and assaulted the female in the back and face leaving marks on her back and nose then while being evaluated by officers for injuries tamang allegedly spit in an officer’s face two times i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
