Grand Forks, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — A Grand Forks man is facing multiple felony charges in connection with alleged sexual acts involving a juvenile girl.

According to court documents, Roman Paul Harrow of Grand Forks has been charged with five Class A felony counts of gross sexual imposition and one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure. The criminal complaint alleges that between January 2016 and December 2018, Harrow engaged in multiple sexual acts with a girl under the age of 15.

The case stems from an investigation by local authorities after reports surfaced regarding incidents that occurred several years ago. Court records show the allegations involve repeated sexual contact during the stated time period when the victim was a juvenile.

Class A felony charges in North Dakota carry a potential maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison and a $20,000 fine per count. The misdemeanor indecent exposure charge could add up to an additional one year in jail if convicted.

Harrow remains charged as the case proceeds through the Grand Forks County Court system. The victim’s name and identifying details are being withheld due to her age at the time of the alleged offenses.

More information will be released as the case advances through the judicial process.
