Grand Forks, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Matthew Michael Pifer of Grand Forks has been charged with felony terrorizing following an incident in which he allegedly chased a male victim around a building with a knife. According to court documents, the victim reported that Pifer confronted him in the Commons area of a Grand Forks apartment building, holding a knife.
Afterward, the victim went to Pifer’s apartment to confront him about the incident, only to find Pifer walking out while holding a knife above his head. Pifer chased the victim around the courtyard of the apartment building, but fortunately, the victim was not physically harmed during the altercation.
Matthew Michael Pifer was arrested and is now facing charges in connection with the incident.
