GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A 32-year-old man from Grand Forks, Julio Jacinto, is facing a felony charge for attempted unlawful entry into a vehicle. According to court documents, the incident occurred on August 3rd, just before 2 p.m. Jacinto was reportedly seen trying to pry open the door of a Tahoe in Grand Forks. Witnesses at the scene yelled at him, prompting Jacinto to throw the pry stick he was using and flee the area. However, he returned shortly afterward and was arrested by the police.
