Grand Forks, ND – A Grand Forks man, Kenneth I. Nwanjo, has been charged with felony domestic violence following a disturbing incident reported on February 15th, according to court documents.
The female victim told authorities that an argument erupted between her and Nwanjo, as she suspected he was bringing other women into her apartment when she wasn’t home. The situation escalated, and she alleged that Nwanjo strangled her to the point of dizziness, nearly causing her to lose consciousness. Desperate to escape, she fought back, hitting him until she was able to break free.
Nwanjo, however, denied the allegations, telling police that he never placed his hands on the woman.
The case is currently under investigation, and authorities will proceed with legal action based on the findings.
