Grand Forks County (trfnews.i234.me) — A 24-year-old Grand Forks man, Gabriel Julien, has been charged with multiple felonies after allegedly entering a patient’s room at Altru Hospital and stealing their IV medication bag in the early hours of May 14.
According to the criminal complaint, hospital security spotted Julien fleeing the premises around 3:00 a.m. He was later found and arrested by police in a nearby fenced-in construction area. Julien now faces felony charges of endangering an eligible adult and theft of property.
