according to court records on January 4th officers were out with Ernest Gardner at his residence at 421 1st Avenue South and were requested to detain him for a probation search he fought with officers kicking one in the stomach multiple times before he was handcuffed a search of his apartment found uh 160 gam of meth scales and 7 m30 pills he’s been charged with a trio of felonies possession with intent to deliver meth and Fentanyl and assault on a peace officer I’m Neil Berg reporting for in trfnews.i234.me
