the 21 year old Jesus Rios of Grand Forks has been charged with felony preventing arrest and misdemeanor refusal to Halt according to court records he was pulled over in Grand Forks and had an outstanding warrant and allegedly fled on foot and was later located and had to be tased before being taken into custody and Dane Watts has been charged with felony terrorizing and misdemeanor simple assault on December 15th he allegedly assaulted another inmate at the Grand Forks County Jail the incident is captured on security video also charged in that same incident at the county jail Joel Lenore III facing charges of felony terrorizing and misdemeanor simple assault and 23 year old Nicolette Brown of Grand Forks has been charged with felony aggravated assault according to court documents on December 12th she allegedly hit another woman in the face with a bottle and the victim’s teeth were falling out and 49 year old dorana Houle has been charged with two felony counts of theft of property back in October she allegedly stole a wallet that contained 2500 cash and credit cards out of a uh apartment she was visiting and 54 year old Felipe touche of Grand Forks has been charged with felony interference with the telephone during an emergency call and misdemeanor domestic violence according to court documents the female victim reported they argued after he began drinking hand sanitizer and he allegedly struck her and then allegedly took away her phone when she tried to call 9-1-1 I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
