Grand Forks County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Grand Forks woman is facing a felony escape charge after allegedly walking away from a Fargo treatment program.
According to court documents, Starla Lysetta Douglas was released from jail in June and taken to the ShareHouse facility in Fargo for treatment. On July 11, she allegedly left the program after testing positive and failing to follow facility rules.
Douglas has since been arrested and formally charged with felony escape in Grand Forks County District Court.
