Joe Lewis Melvin Jr of Grand Forks has been charged with felony domestic violence according to court records on August 29th a witness reported Melvin fighting with a female and he allegedly placed his hand around her throat and pushed her into a wall and Jennifer Garcia of Grand Forks has been charged with felony preventing arrest according to court documents on August 21st officers had outstanding walnuts for her arrest she wouldn’t come to her apartment door so they had to go through an apartment Window and found her hiding behind a couch and Shea Kennedy of Grand Forks has been charged with felony theft or property according to court documents he allegedly stole a Fat Tire Bike valued at over fifteen hundred dollars from an underground Grand Forks condo garage and then sold it at a pawn shop and Yolanda Jones of Grand Forks is facing two felony counts of simple assault according to court documents on August 29th she interfered with officers trying to arrest another person for disorderly conduct she allegedly kicked and fought with two officers who were putting her under arrest once under control officer told her she was being arrested for assault and Jones stated quote yeah I did that I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
