Grand Forks County, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — A 28-year-old Grand Forks man is facing a Class A felony charge of gross sexual imposition after allegedly assaulting a teenage girl while she was asleep.
Dylon Julius Tetzloff was charged after a teenage girl reported to law enforcement on July 28 that she had awoken to find Tetzloff attempting to remove her clothing. According to a probable cause affidavit, Tetzloff allegedly admitted to being on top of the girl and kissing her before she woke up.
Under North Dakota law, Class A felony gross sexual imposition carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
Tetzloff made his initial court appearance on Wednesday, July 30. His next hearing — a preliminary hearing and/or arraignment — is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on September 8 in Grand Forks County District Court.
Tetzloff remains presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
