Grand Forks (trfnews.i234.me) – A convicted sex offender from Colorado has officially registered in Grand Forks, North Dakota, sparking public concern and safety awareness.
According to the North Dakota Sex Offender Registry, Shawn Michael Herlickson, born in 1980, is now residing at 620 High Plains Court, Grand Forks. Herlickson was convicted of two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor in Colorado. The offenses were adjudicated in Pueblo District Court on May 8, 2025, where he was sentenced to 90 days’ incarceration (with credit served) and 8 years of supervised probation.
Herlickson is currently registered in North Dakota, but his risk level is undetermined, and he has no listed scars or tattoos.
