Grand Forks County ( trfnews.i234.me ) – Police report no arrests yet after an early Sunday shooting in Grand Forks. The call came in around 4:30 a.m. from the 500 block of 4th Avenue North.
Officers arrived and found a male with a gunshot wound outside a residence. He was taken to Altru Hospital for treatment. A relative said Sunday morning the victim survived surgery.
As of Labor Day, investigators say they are still working to identify a suspect. No names have been released by authorities.
Witnesses reported hearing multiple shots. Some also reported a dark-colored SUV leaving the area. Police have not confirmed a vehicle description.
