Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) — Five people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in Goodridge Township.

Crash details

The crash happened at 7:51 a.m. on Feb. 13, 2026. It was at Highway 1 and 310th Avenue NE, south of Goodridge. The Minnesota State Patrol listed the road as snow and ice.

A 2014 Buick Regal was heading north on 310th Avenue NE. A 2022 GMC Sierra was heading west on Highway 1. The vehicles collided in the intersection.

Who was hurt

All five people had non-life-threatening injuries, according to the report. They were taken to Sanford Health in Thief River Falls.

  • Sarah Jean Kotrba, 45, of Goodridge, was driving the GMC Sierra.
  • Gemma Jade Kotrba, 15, of Goodridge, was a passenger in the GMC.
  • Layken Nicole Kotrba, 12, of Goodridge, was a passenger in the GMC.
  • Michael Thmor Daigle, 45, of Roseau, was driving the Buick Regal.
  • Ebony Markendra Wallace, 32, of Roseau, was a passenger in the Buick.

Airbags deployed in both vehicles. Seat belts were in use, according to the report. Alcohol was not suspected.

Response and road conditions

The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office was listed on scene. Goodridge Fire and first responders were also listed. The report also lists Sanford EMS and the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
