GOODRIDGE, Minn. (trfnews.i234.me) — Two people were hospitalized after a June 22 crash near Goodridge.
The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office received the crash report at 6:31 p.m.
The collision happened at 310th Avenue Northeast and Highway 1 Northeast.
Vehicles Collide at Rural Intersection
Alberto Guerra Herrera of Edinburg, Texas, was driving a 2004 Honda north on 310th Avenue.
According to the report, Herrera did not stop at the intersection’s stop sign.
His Honda entered Highway 1 and struck a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado.
James Johnsrud of Goodridge was driving the Silverado east on Highway 1.
Kim Johnsrud was riding as a passenger in the pickup.
Emergency crews responded to the intersection after the vehicles collided.
Two Taken to Sanford Medical Center
James Johnsrud and Kim Johnsrud were transported by ambulance to Sanford Medical Center.

Herrera was cited for failing to yield to a vehicle or pedestrian.
