Wadena County (trfnews.i234.me) — Authorities have issued an urgent fugitive alert for Shane Jerome Ness, a convicted DWI offender who is now on the run.
Ness, born on December 21, 1980, was sentenced on August 10, 2011, for a DWI-related offense in Wadena County (Case No. 80-CR-20-162). He was last released from custody on September 12, 2023, but has since violated his release terms and was declared a fugitive as of February 27, 2025.
Law enforcement is actively searching for Ness and urges the public to report any sightings immediately. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact local authorities or his supervising agent, Bob Tautges.
