Pepper, born on February 22, 1980, was sentenced on October 22, 2024, for a stolen property-related offense in Le Sueur County (Case No. 40-CR-22-615). He was last released from custody on February 18, 2025, but has since violated his release terms and was declared a fugitive as of February 28, 2025.
Law enforcement is actively searching for Pepper and urges the public to report any sightings immediately. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact local authorities or his supervising agent, Luke Klein.
