Frazee, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — A second suspect in the death of Bryson May in Frazee has now been charged with second-degree murder.
Authorities filed the new charge against a 16-year-old male from Detroit Lakes. A decision has not been made on whether the teen will be tried as an adult.
Because the suspect is a juvenile, TRF News is not identifying him at this time. The suspect would typically only be named if the court rules he will be prosecuted as an adult.
Second-Degree Murder Charge Filed
The second-degree murder charge was filed after the death of Bryson May last weekend in Frazee. The case remains active, and details are still being sorted out.
Earlier in the investigation, authorities charged Arthur Campbell with murder in the same case. Court records now show a second person is also accused in connection with May’s death.

Adult Certification Not Yet Decided
It has not been determined whether the 16-year-old will face adult prosecution. That process is often called adult certification.
Adult certification decisions can depend on the allegations and court findings. The court can also consider the suspect’s age and prior history.
Investigators have not released full details about each person’s alleged role. Additional charges are possible as the case moves forward.
