Former President Trump Scheduled to Speak at Lincoln Reagan Dinner Amid Planned Protests

ST. PAUL, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Former President Donald Trump is scheduled to travel to Minnesota today to headline a fundraising dinner for the Minnesota Republican Party. Trump will be the featured speaker at tonight’s Lincoln Reagan Dinner in St. Paul. Despite stating he wouldn’t return to Minnesota if he lost the state in 2020, Trump, who lost by seven percentage points to President Joe Biden, remains optimistic about his chances to turn the state red in the upcoming election. The last Republican president to win Minnesota was Richard Nixon in 1972.

Local community activists are organizing a protest in St. Paul against Trump’s appearance at the Lincoln Reagan Dinner. Members of the Minnesota Immigrant Rights Action Committee (MIRAC) have stated, “He is not welcome in Minnesota, and we are going to make sure he knows it.” They criticize Trump’s role in dismantling Roe v. Wade and his primary campaign focus on the mass detention and deportation of immigrants and the militarization of the border.

  1. I'm soo glad that tricky dick Nixon was impeached like Trump shoulda been impeached twice but the republicans sold their souls to him and now they all should be impeached

  2. LoL. The protests are miniscule compared to the tens of thousands of Americans who welcome him everywhere. Almost not worth mentioning the few protestors.

  3. What a bunch of BS! All you can talk about on this channel is how “there’s protests planned”? seriously? There’s only a handful of people probably in the whole state of Minnesota who don’t like Trump and they all live down in the cities! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Get over your liberalism inews!
