32 year-old amber a scart of Grand Forks a former employee of France and Bank is facing four criminal charges that include the misuse of over 700 thousand dollars of the banks and 26 account holders money according to court documents it happened between March of 2018 in January of this year ah scarred allegedly made transfers of money between accounts and exercised unauthorized control of over seven hundred thousand dollars in while employing her scheme she knowingly took or Xsara exercised unauthorized control over one hundred fifty thousand dollars with the intent to deprive the owner of it in addition while utilizing her scheme to move money between accounts in an attempt to cover the movements and make them appear legitimate she forged the signatures of customers at least 22 separate times totaling an amount over $210,000 its alleged us guard also used personal identifying information of customers which included the names or date of birth Social Security numbers or address or financial institution account numbers on at least 11 different occasions in her scheme to steal from the bank over 180 1000 dollars and according to court records a scart admitted to these allegations amber Oz guard has been charged with four felonies of a misapplication of entrusted property theft of property forgery and unauthorized use of personal identifying information I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
