GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A former resident of East Grand Forks, Manuel Martinez Jr., has pled guilty to four counts of Class Double A Gross Sexual Imposition. Under the terms of a plea agreement, he could face up to 30 years in prison if approved by a judge during sentencing on August 30th. The charges stem from alleged incidents involving juvenile girls that occurred between February 2012 and June 2021 while Martinez was living in Grand Forks. Each count carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, but the plea agreement seeks to impose a significantly reduced term.
