Flood Watch issued June 17 at 3:07AM CDT until June 19 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND

Confidence is low at this point in where flash flooding will occur.
Regardless of the threat for flash flooding, prepare for at least
heavy rainfall with the potential for specific regions to experience
flash flooding, similar to our banded snowfall events. Not everyone
will see flash flooding. All it takes is the wrong location for you
to see higher impacts, so have ways to receive Flash Flood Warnings,
especially since potential flash flooding will arise overnight.
