Fergus Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Boe Daniel Johnson is now facing felony charges after a dangerous incident in Fergus Falls on March 22nd. According to court documents, an officer was dispatched after a driving complaint described Johnson hitting curbs and nearly crashing into parked cars.
When the officer attempted a stop, Johnson fled for over half a mile before finally pulling over. He later agreed to alcohol testing, which revealed a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .23—nearly three times the legal limit of .08.
Johnson has been charged with felony fleeing a peace officer and driving while intoxicated. The case remains under investigation.
